I am Friday drinks secretary for my workplace. I send an email round every Friday around 3pm telling them which pub to go to and everyone goes there, it's a simple but effective system. Surely one of you can sort it out!

....but also always commencing at the exact same time, drinking only the prescribed drink and possibly in regulation uniform too.
