  • lean towards, ah whotevah!

  • well if i'd go with the miles and freeclimb my way up there, i would have to leave rather early, given that i really like to see some pubs in the near area and might like to take part in the whole new venue localization find ... 'n stuff

i feel i should clone myself and later merge memories to be at all there is, innit

  • Oh my god reeen that post is utterly incomprehensible! Are you alright? Or is that one of your clones typing?

  • hehe, that is only the tip of the berg going on simultaneously in my too small skull. arght!

ok listen guys and gals, now, where to meet up for whatever we do? but meet up first to decide (me) and/or split (rest).

  • Reeen and I will be at the Kings Arms briefly most likely if anyone wants to join us.

  • what time you guys gonna be there?

  • 7ish I think, up for a cheeky one are we?

  • Perhaps 6.30 if reeen canes it round to mine, which he probably will.

  • Earliest I can make it for is 8ish?

  • I see, well alas i'm going to speed up highgate hill after a couple of pints, so I'm not sure if I'll still be there, I'll pm my number to you dude.

  • I'm out.

My trophy-hipster-skid-patch-tyre which was 100% down to the stitching all the way around & died today... must visit veLLo for some tyre levers & dremel as my bolts need changing & are shreadded too. It may be time to invest a little money back into my bike.

    @ James i'll take 2, i'll be in touch.

  • No worries Ciaran thats cool.
I'm out tonight as well guys, a good friend of mine got taken out by a car on his bike so had to get his bike and get it home with another friend, kudos to the ambulance and police who were quick on the scene, he's ok it seems, gashed up face, arms, and clothing as he slid at high speed, possibly a broken arm, but we find out in an hour or so.

  • Whinging cunt.

"And with that, it became clear that the previously mild-mannered LdnGrrl had in fact become assimilated into the LFGSS Collective..."

  • A very quiet turnout tonight. Nice to have met new folk, Eddie, John, Greg and Michael though. See yer again sometime chaps.

It was all about the North tonight, dude. Hope to see you next week.

  • turned up after tricks and had no idea bout the norths thing as i'd not been on forum for a while. curses! i've been wanting to go up to norths for ages! ribs made up for it tho!

  • what are climbengers? is that climbers on fixies? forgive my ignorance

the kings arms is just behind my place, you guys all ride down? i may have to swing by and ogle the bikes

  • Climbengers is a very painful illness caused by drinking 3 pints, riding from hither green lane up to the flask at the top of highgate hill, drinking a furthur 3 pints, then quantum leaping back down. I am currently suffering from it.

  • Oh bollocks, wish I knew about this when I worked nearby :(

  • timmy, teh riede home was so romantic, with you spnning in front of me, the moon light, your hair weaving in the wind ... needless to say i lost track of my pintage once up the hill and was glad someone else took my time, i would have forgotten to push "stop" by the time i was back up there. true TT of death.

  • oh god reeen's on heat

oh yeah reen thanks for the tube and time sorting out that tyre. I think i skidded through on the way up there :(

  • master gorm, nothing to thank me for really as all the parts involved where generously handed to you by the folks around us at the time.

i merely held the light, lend toolz and first aided bloody fingers. impressive, how that crocskin came on without levers :P <- all at the same time while nibbling on that last pint AND making conversation.

i am such a multitaskenger ...but only tipsy ;)

hope cornie came home ok, he disappeared on the way and he is said to attract bus_hugs.

  • Was it one of you SE'ers who was going behind people's wheels at the norths birthday and pinching them?!

  • ooops yeh, i tend to pinch things when i feel like it. why?
