+1 to that. Variable beer quality would be a mild annoyance if it were efficient and cheap (the Wetherspoons model) but three proper beers all off and £3.50 for a pint of fizzy pop after a long wait really ain't all that.
The Mudlark gets three pints on the usually reliable Fancyapint.com and appears to have at least three bike stands outside. Anyone fancy a recce next week?
Great beer, ok bike parking. Nice pub if you can deal with the miserable as fuck staff, and they really are a bunch of miserable bastards, however I have never had a shit beer in there on the 2-3 occasions i've been there. You could probably chain to the railings as well I guess....

Maybe a recce of potential new pubs might be more in order come to think of it?

They pay me for my time. Anything else that happens is between consenting adults.

What would the 4 jerseys represent?
-
• #2224
I'm up for this. Variety is the spice of life and all that.

@ charcol
red jersey = consistently the last person to leave
polka dot jersey = person who bails first from feeling ill or chucking a whitey or whater the term was
green jersey = person who can down a pint of guinness the fastest
yellow jersey = person who had been to most of the stages and got to each of them first or earliest
white jersey = no white jersey as its racist
this is just an idea,, feel free to edit the above.
sorry if i missed something.
