Those of you who know Matt my house mate he came off his bike on Saturday night and fractured his scull (badly) it was a base of scull crack so all the Doctors told him he is extremely lucky not to be disabled he came home today so I may be late.

It's quite magical out there in the fog. Took half a mile to warm up then I was in a special place, peaceful, otherworldly. Listening to tyre on Tarmac looking at the fog drifting and my breath and the misty beam from my front light. Magic

was in the roebuck last night for a drink with my dad, joe isn't the manager anymore apparently and they've improved the menu a bit as my dad had a venison burger and thought it was quite rapha-esque (nice but... etc)

Mezze Mangal was a bit short as we caught them as they were closing, althought they were kind enough to prepare us a turkish pizza (made by the boss himself as all staff had already left...
