Imma gonna bail from the Seaford ride. I've broken some more bicycle components and don't really have enough time to join anyway.

If I'm completely honest, so am I. I didn't really feel up to doing that last audax but I did it anyway and I feel like it killed something inside me. I haven't been able to get back on my Orrell since. It feels ridiculously uncomfortable and I can't work out if it's poor setup or me. I tried but it didn't feel right and despite not doing any riding last weekend I still feel pretty knackered, I've been dragging myself through this week commuting on gears. One plus is that I've finally booked a fitting with Sherrit and another is that I have really started enjoying my Colnago again, after not riding it for ages.

I was planning on doing tomorrow on gears and taking it easy and that should definitely be fine with pub stops, but maybe I should be thinking about doing more bedwetting, not less :/

I find I'll ride one bike exclusively for a couple of weeks then switch back to another one and fall in love with it and wander why I didn't ride it for a couple of weeks, then repeat.
