moderately waterproof is a good thing in my opinion, things which are fully waterproof will just drench in sweat instead of rain!

they come up slightly baggy on me (small). they stock in evans so just go try one on!
if i come in to central to pick up that chainring off matt i can bring you your helmet aswell
