Ah its a Pinnacle Aeos 3, With a full Sram groupset on it. Its been scaring the shit out off me all week. I'd forgotten how fast you can go with gears. And its about 5-5 1/2 lbs lighter than my charge!

anyhow. I shall also be running a "whatever the weather" 9am Saturday morning 3-6 laps fixed wheel only training group at RP once the track shuts to try and keep some semblance of fitness through the winter.

I hope so. But it is only for training at the mo so the fixed will be out again soon. In fact I rode it this morning and nearly killed myself! I tryed to freewheel around a bend whilst standing up. Not a nice feeling.

They shut the gates at 7pm, but you can still ride bikes round the park, but without any cars! ITS ACE!!!

Probably worth stating the obvious, so here goes... Decent lights needed for this, gets very dark in Richmond Park, and lots of runners in there with no reflective clothing/lights at all..
