Looks like an OTP fox to me. It's nothing special.

Maybe its my imagination, but the saddle on the Scatto Fisso is minging!!
....says the OTP fancier.Personally I love the look of it. Reputed to fit similar to the Flite, yet with a thinner profile (never liked those pointy down bits on the Flite).
I't on the short list for the planned roadbike.

oooh. I quite like that.

So do I, although I don't understand why everyone is talking about foxes.
For the record my control of my finances is not that great, but not totally disastrous.
I fucking love this picture...

Well, a very expensive OTP fox. :)

He's so cute... At least I think that's a He-Fox...

Oh, foxes are certainly very pretty animals.

And also very, very intelligent, according to in-the-know animal scientist types...

FIXIE Inc now have their 2010 bikes in the UK.
The Peacemaker has a GATES carbon beltdrive, but has lost the beautiful curved wooden handlebar from the prototype,
and the Blackjack is....well, its black. Quelle surprise? Though, the handlebar is gorgeous. -
• #112
The peacemaker now looks like a hybrid commuter, and the Blackjack now looks like yet another 'cashing in on the scene man' bike.
Disapointed.
Last years blackjack was lovely, and the Pureblood is still one of my favourate OTPs full stop.

I only wish this were true. Sadly, the Pure Blood is only advertised in 2 guises from Mosquito Bikes - the frame and fork version, and the SRAM kit version. They don't advertise a SS/Fixed build, and if they had, it would go straight in the Lists, and I'd almost definitely buy one. I love it.

I think you can get the single speed build direct from Fixie inc (sold out for 2009). This might mean delivery from germany though. Which would be pretty pricey.

Just added the mouthwatering Guerciotti Record Pista. All it needs is some drops, instead of flatbars, and it would be perfect. Its an OTP, but comes in many colours. A wait is required as the colour is applied after you have specced it.
Van Nicholas are also offering the Yukon Titanium fixed road bike. Its a treat.
Both now in the list on page one of this thread.

You were up early this morning Ashley.
That VN has more chainstay than Sydney harbour!
And I always imagine "Guerciotti" to be an Italian version of that Chas n' Dave song.

I cant be bothered to check, but I think the Yukon was initialy designed for hub gears and touring duties. S'pose they had corect dropouts and figued they'd do a fixed version.
Memo to VN.
'Must try harder'

Nope they do a hub geared/belt drive version but the original is a geared audax bike, I can only presume the chainstays are so long because frame is designed for mudguards and fatter tyres, perhaps?

I've seen the Yukon Fixed in the flesh and its much better than it looks in the pictures... -

New it was something like that. I would say that, that much extra length is for better positioning of panniers. But load carrying is the one thing I would'nt like to do fixed (not where I live at least), so it seems strange.

@ ~£1500, that is an oedipal rip-off.

Done.
Look at the way his left front paw is just slightly off the ground coupled with that endearing cocked head and quizzical expression... Charming...
