Guessing at least one of you's had a bit of a spill?
Was gutted to not be coming, but have just spent the last two hours having lunch witha very nice girl in a very nice restaurant on St. Martins Lane and am now in a very nice merry way. All set for the afternoons work in a slightly drunken haze :) :)

the good times didn't exactly roll back there.
Cheers for the help Chris, only just got back to work- the nightmare continued at Evans with a Conti gator....: my bike looks like a dustman with a black tyre :(
-
• #30
so before it looked like a dustman with 2 white tyres?
-
• #31
I went for a grimy curry instead...just what the doc ordered.

Still had a good time. Hit my forks pretty hard and bent my chainring to destruction, but great to be on a bike, in the sun. Same time next week, regardless of weather. We forgot to play with the gravel skid path behind the tate!

I'm with you on that last_caress - hey, what exactly happened back there before the epic tyre ripping incident? Did you stack pretty bad or what?
-
• #34
I bent my chainring trying to stall one of those rubber benches, might have bent my forks trying to wallride and did an impromptu one foot endo when following a little too close behind you. And told off by a rozzer for doing wheelies along the riverside. Happy days.

that was as eventful a seven minutes as you can get i reckon.
well up for next week anyway - see you over the weekend or at Trix...

I might venture out next week for this seven minutes of mad craze; although i'll be in my suit, brompton commuter stylee complete with trouser clips.

SOunds like you all had a right laugh
Will be up for it next week if you are planning it

Just bent it back in to shape with pliers. If I lose a tooth (oral or chainring based) on tonight's ride, you'll know why.

Are we on it today? Would be a shame to not enjoy this weather. My lunch is set at half 1 but I can probably shift it if another time's better.

• #41
Lovely day for it, what!
-
• #42
of course we are man! Look at that sunshine!
yep, the lunchtime roll: the re-edit is on this lunchtime. Last_caress and myself will be at Tate Modern 1pm just next to the Millenium Bridge. For those of you who don't know us last_caress will be the one doing elegant tricks and I'll be the one falling over clipped in.
All welcome and happy to cook up some kind of central route that people can drop in / out on. I don't know where we're going yet but I know where we're not. We're not going through More London.
