the felt (tk3 - pictures) is clever marketing, its a hardcore track frame, but with cheaper parts than the better tk2. They have gone for a colour scheme that they thought would be popular with people riding the bike on the street

That Felt TK2 looks like a more handsome, better finished, Fuji Track Pro.

Some of this frame design is frankly fucking baffling. Hybrids with no gears and drops.
I'm not sure I understand.

If it wasn't for the seat (chopped Brooks look is wholly inappropriate on a bike this 'modern'), the bars (WTF?) and the stem.
