I've got the 1600 version. Don't remember the run times but it's two hours at max and way more at mid settings. I got to charge about once a week, running mid to low settings

Just picked up the BikeHut 1000 lumen front light. Really impressed by the build quality. It’s definetly got some gravity to it.
How well does the rubber clamp work? Seems like it might shake/bounce abit.

£50 front and rear combo for nephew doing short rides - what's good quality option?
Lezyne Micro 500 and 180 combo any good?

I'd go for the Micro. Zecto are more prone to water ingress related failure IME.

Anyone know of any very long lasting rear lights (I’m thinking 12 hours minimum on constant but would like longer) which can attach to a saddlebag loop (or to a seat stay) which are USB rechargeable? My Exposure Tracer is great but can’t easily fit to a saddle bag or seat stay without seriously bodging. Beryl Burner lasts for 60 hours on constant (!) but has shit reviews reviews and can’t attach to a saddle, it only has a bracket / magnet attachment for a seatpost.

B&M ixback. Came with the front light. Haven't tested it for a long time. Think it had a rubber loop so should be easy to attach to a saddlebag. think running time was about 20 hrs.

The lezyne Zecto Drive Max recons 24hrs on it's economy mode. Has a belt clip.

I have the beryl burner and it lasts around 25-30hours on a ‘wave’ mode, I think it’s called.
Really happy with it overall. Nice and bright (but not too much), good modes and easy button interface. Plus, magnets.
When you get it, there’s a little booklet with other mounting options including a saddle mount and I think a direct mount for saddle bags.
Drop them a line and ask, they’re pretty helpful! -

If you're using a bagman for a carradice type bag, this adaptor can fit a number of lights.

it's on one of these so i'm not sure that would work :/

Not USB chargable, but this AAA cateye last for ever, especially if you use lithium batteries. Includes a clothing clip that'll work with that loop.
100hrs on constant mode. Should be enough for PBP

I'm slowly coming to the conclusion that USB rear lights aren't gonna cut it for me. Ah well. This looks good and without any faff, thanks!

Least faf for PBP type stuff I find is dynamo lighting but these make excellent backup.
Nice one, cheers! Looks like it has decent running times on the lower settings and flash.
Will pop into Halfords tomorrow. I also get 20% discount in there!
