Planet X used to sell Dinotte lights. I still have a front one kicking around somewhere.

I’ve got a front and rear still. Ought to see if they still work.

Think I gave mine to a mate actually. I should see if he's using it.
I've still got spares for it. -

I've spent more on lights in my life than you've spent on bikes. I decide what's on trend. I am the trend.

Aldi selling bike lights: one pack; front and rear for £14.99 and two different rear lights both at £2.99 each, I think. One of the rear lights can be clipped to rucksack, so says the blurb. All rechargeable.

Which makes me wonder why parents are sending their kids out on their Halford specials with no lights.

I saw someone taking his retro build a bit far the other day using these bike lights. They were as dim as anything

Ah man what a flashback to my yout. 4 AA batteries and the beam went from weak to barely visible in about an hour.

2 x D surely?
-

Now you mention it, yes, that sounds more like it.
I could check at some point as my dad still has at least one of these attached to his bike.

So, finally all the parts for the 'neater' front out mount for the garmin has arrived and even though its a tad long, I was throughout impressed with the design and overall look:

Neat!

Ya, really helped with my OCD by having this light in the centre, I haven’t really tested it over a long distance with bumpy roads hopefully this mount will hold in place, especially with the weight of this light.

Any experiences of Exposure Strada?
My Thursday commute is out to Banstead and on rural roads with limited lighting.
Now that the nights are drawing in I’m going to be needing ++lumens.

Missus has an old one. It seems sufficient so the new ones are probably super.

I've got a hope vision one. It's fine, but the batteries are a pain (or a blessing, depending on perspective as it takes 4 AAs )
I'm considering either getting rechargable batteries for it, or possibly getting a new light altogether. The new exposure lights seem to be brighter than the hope, on paper, even for the smaller ones. Anything I'm missing here?

Exposure lights are simply great. The Strada has so much going for it for unlit roads.

Anyone had any luck with a Lezyne Micro Drive warranty replacement?
I've got the blue light of death on the switch but purchased 4 years ago (according to my emails).
