Mate, was really sorry to hear of this later on last night. Get well soon. Hope they're treating you well.
I am very local and will visit if you stay in after today. But I've forgotten your surname Paul! Get Jon to post if / which ward we can visit you, please, or ask him to call us from phone thread perhaps?

Paul, when you read the thread know that we were / are indeed very worried for you. You were missed at Easts and it is a real shame. Great to hear that Rob got the car's details for you. I do hope it is not as bad as everyone said, but you're a tough dude, we know it. Take care, heal fast and we will look forward to seeing you soon!

Okay for those who would like Fiddy's surname I now have it - please pm if you would like it.
Personally I think it's a good idea if we try and wait for news for a bit - he may be banged up pretty bad and not massively in a condition / frame of mind to receive a bunch of hooligans carrying bunches of grapes. Several of us have sent messages and tried to get in touch so perhaps we should wait and see what the news from John or (hopefully) Paul himself is.
Come on Paul, we're all rooting for you!

It sure was a shock riding past, stopping to check, and hearing it was someone I knew.
Thank God you were conscious and moving most limbs (even if you tried to shave a few years off your age when speaking to the paramedics -heehee) According to John, he even got up straight away and tried to shrug it off, insisting he was off to East's - and not to the hospital - legend !
My thoughts are with you.
Rest up and look fwd to seeing you riding again real soon -

Kind gesture... but I don't think paul ride anything under a few thousand pounds....
Get well soon paul...
