Christ, not good. Hackney Rd is a fucking nightmare for traffic - I've cycled up and down that road most days for the last four years and I still get nervous and the way people drive there still makes me nervous.

I was one of the bunch that turned up, it wasn't pretty but it seems that Paul is hopefully reasonably OK. The info that I heard at Easts was that he's got broken ribs, some head injuries (source of the blood), and something that was being checked out with his arm (?).

Hope you recover OK Paul, fred has got the Pinarello, and I have the number plate of the car.
