so "apparently", I got really drunk last week wed and fell down the stairs at Leicester Square tube.
"apparently" from that incident, I seem to have maybe chipped a bone in my elbow.
Additionally, "apparently" I have bruises all over my left leg from that incident.
I then, completely sober, dropped an iPad on my foot and may have broken a bone in there too, with a lovely bruise.

I want the CCTV footage!

After making a big deal to ride into work every morning. Took the motorbike today cos it was misty af.

I may have been too tired to cycle to work this morning. Evidence? Took stupid risks, made mistakes? No. Put my bib shorts on inside out? Yes. Felt a right knob when I realised 5 mins into the ride that I'd done this.

Surprisingly comfortable though.

Sorry to disappoint but they were an old Rapha pair with black pad on black (well more grey now) fabric. 'Result'!
