Anyone know which company pays the most to the couriers? and does anyone know which courier company sends riders the furthest? We've been having problems with Premier as they often tell us that they wont send push bikes to certain post codes because it's too far, but I know it isn't too far. and they are also often sending motorbikes when we've specified push...

any ideas appreciated...

off the top of my head I can remember they wouldn't do a push bike from se1 to se17, but there have been others that i found a bit unreasonable...

I know Creative is sending riders further and further, and they put a guy on the motor bike channel.

A courier arrived at my office in E16 for a package to go to WC2 on of all things - a Unipack. I can only hope he and the bike made it in one piece.

Not my job to stand up for the competition but what was the nature of the 'atrocious' service? Just so those of us in the business can get an idea of the service you are after...
