A lovely tea experience is at To-A-Tea. A lovely place for many varieties of tea, and a great place for a date.....yes, seriously. The flowering teas, are something to behold - a real occasion in a glass tea cup.
Oh yes, and in choosing the red velvet cake, it is like inviting Satan to do an Irish Dance on your tongue. It is divine and truly sinful indulgence. And even very heavy-smokers are taken care of, with the Lapsang Souchong tea; which is quite the most frightening hot beverage I know of.

Guy at work - redbush with gag milk... wtf?
-
• #395
I like a nice strong one. Only pre-requisite is that you rinse the bag prior to making the tea. Apparently it is weird that i do this.

Redbush with milk is perfectly acceptable. Honeybush however is best without.
Tea is awesome. Did anyone watch the Victoria Wood documentary on it recently? It may still be on iplayer.

what does rinsing the bag do? get the dust out?
-
• #398
I know you rinse a coffee filter first to get the bleach out, but this isn't an issue with teabags? Mind you - leaves ftw.

I like redbush with soya milk and half a spoon of honey brings out its sweetness - yummy bedtime tea
