Actually its the first time i almost shit myself, the road surface between 221-223miles into sidford i see a sign in the distance and its a sign 15% down...fuck me, up to the sign i was a head of ferris then i hear this crrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (freewheel) and seriously no cars were passing us. shit me that was fast!

we should do this route again, we can stop over at my parents (in marshwood vale, only about 4 miles off the route) and we can camp/sleep there and have bbq feast.

Still Yorkshire in two weeks on Sunday. I just might mange to get a few hills under my wheels before September is a hazy memory fading into the periphery of my minds eye.
