When the schedule where it goes to Keirin velodrome to see race when you come to Tokyo is difficult,You can see Keirin race live if going here.

It is La Pista. (Keirin race all over Japan is in real time broadcast)
You can see only race with information of the 1st floor though here is a registration member system.

You can't enter 2nd~ floor,Because here is a registration member system, it is not possible to bet on the race.
Shinbashi station:Near Tokyo Station there. It is the third station in train.

You will be able to see Keirin race during Tokyo shopping.

wow thank you for all of your time. what a fantastic resource. I think we all love Kerin bikes, and NJS parts and because of that Japan. Myself I have had a facination with many parts of Japanese culture Kabuki, Sushi, Kimono and a massive passion for geisha long before it hollywood made "memoirs".
Most recently I have found a love for your jasimine tea.. my housemate just came back from designing a theatre production in Toyko and brought back many things including lovely tea that is the whole flower, workmans scafold trousers and cute shoes. (all of which may be borring to you, but I covet!)

Where did you see the video?
Tokyo Dome planned Keirin race.

However, gambling was opposed about the citizens.(The vicinity of Tokyo Dome)
Tokyo Dome was constructed 20 years ago.

There were not Keirin race in the 20 years.
