I love those long night time lines that feel like they're roaming the city. Still really need to see Strangeways Volume 2.

The bone is healed but the joint is still a bit fucked. I've been back riding anyway for a month or so.

That felt like it could have been a Steven Hamilton section.

I'd love to get to ride a proper full pipe again. This is the only one I've ever had the opportunity to ride.

It was inside a working cement factory. We used to get away with amazing sessions on the flatbanks there but this required a bit more stealth. The full pipe was about 6m off the ground and in order to get up there we had to climb up onto a roof using an oil barrel then climb onto another roof before throwing the bikes into the pipe and climbing in. Being in a cement factory it was dusty and noisy, I remember looking down the 100m or so long pipe and seeing workers at the other end, fortunately we weren't spotted and managed to get a decent ride in. But that was a long time ago (2005) and I've learnt a few things since then.

I love it when you see a spot you recognise, more so when it's somewhere you've been but I find it quite cool that I know where in the world certain banks and ledges are even though I've never even been close.
