The idea was each team would play one fixture every two weeks. Since 1 game of polo takes about 10 mins, often much quicker, we thought we may as well play 3 games.
So every 2 weeks, when team A plays team B, they will play 3 games of polo, with each game worth 1 point. So max points every two weeks is 3, minimum is 0.
