It's actually quite a nice, congenial pub that stays open late-ish.
But I don't go there so much as it's a bit of a walk from my place.

it's utter bollocks what goes on at the prince george. the security of my bike is just about top of the list when choosing a pub.
I reckon we should all post comments on beerintheevening and other pub websites. They'd start to think about bike security when everyone stops going there.

if by 'nice and congenial', you mean 'full of indolent scumbags with rich parents. can't cycle there because bike will get stolen when pub locks doors for late-ish drinking' then i'd have to agree.
Quick note re. insurance. If you insure your bike as part of houshold insurance cover, many companies will include stolen parts/damage. Plus it is a lot cheaper than stand alone bike insurance.
