The nursery is a good idea.
In biker clubs new members are vetted for a year.. that may be excessive for a forum but perhaps it should be more than it is?

I think that there are more pointless threads being created making it a chore to scroll through looking for the interesting content..... apart from that, did it ever go uphill in ther first place?
