+1 for the death squad idea.. If I was in London at the moment I'd have nothing better to do than take part in an old fashioned stakeout..

• #59
they made a big effort to lock your bike, doesn't look like a mistake
-
• #60

If needs be I can bring my angle grinder back into central London tonight but will not beable to there until 20:30 and would need a shop who would allow us to plug in.

okay angry mob - problem over.
Jusy went out there again to get a better look at the situation, and there was an italian fellow there eating a banana. I said: 'Is this your bike?'
Italian guy: 'yes. is there a problem?'
'do you realise you've locked it around my bike, and i was about to cut your lock?'
'Oh sorry sorry, i was asleep today! I like bianchi though'
I bet you fucking do mate. Anyway he's unlocked his bike from mine now. Dodgy fuck... -

Oooh, the old banana trick. Classic that one.

changing the subject - is it really that safe to lock your Evo Mini like that to a really thin piece of railing? especially since all it take is several swift kick to snap the railing off.
-
• #71
take more than a swift kick wouldn't it? I kinda hope that the railing would be as difficult to get through as the lock...

the railing outside my tube station in South Wimbledon is the same one (usually are), I managed to kick one off after a couple swift kick, (because someone managed to lock their lock on my bike as if the bike belong to them, probably trying to make me leave it overnight, fuck I will).
which one's yours? ;)
