She's so damn pretty.
Can't picture her in full-on dancing attire/hair/orange make-up though.
Hopefully she'll be able to steer clear of nude coloured tights.

And also "American tan" tights - we had to wear them for tap dancing. They're basically shiny orange. Grim.

Come on.is she gonna be on or what?
As is anyone in high levels of a sport. You have to have been doing it since you were tiny, so no one ever has time to go away, reflect and "choose" this path. As if they did, they would be old and it would be too late.
Look at the all the twenty somethings who are getting into track riding through having ridden fixed/ss on the street. People like on this forum having a go at herne hill and maybe even indoors at newport/manchester. No matter how passionate they are about their new hobby, its never going to lead anywhere is it. They are basically the same age as a "real" athlete retires.
If you look at any sport like; Football, Boxing, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, sprint running etc..
If you have not been "in the system" with your life totally fixated around that one activity then you have no chance of being competitive. And with your life so fixated on this one solitary activity, it hardly leaves time for a social life and developing emotional skills.
I personally sensed a hint of aspergers about vicky. One of the traits of this is the ability to obsess over particularly activities, often excelling in them whilst lagging in emotional maturity. I think a lot of athletes in solo disciplines are like this.
