First and foremost she's a bloody fantastic cyclist. Who just so happens to be a good looker, nothing wrong with that.

I can't understand why any of you lot give a fuck and feel you need to either approve or disapprove. She's a fully grown woman and has done as much with her life as any of you have with yours. It's patronising and prudish. This is a great woman who has the respect of everyone here, why are we debating her personal decisions?

Because she's earned the right for her decisions pertaining to self promotion, context and public image to be debated. And because she's decided (rightly or wrongly) that a major part of her self presentation should be done in her undercrackers, which has political and social implications - like it or not.

Like Beckham's tatts, Rooney's hair or Hoy's taxation choices, public profile = debate and if you draw attention to yourself for being all fit and beddable then you should logically be prepared for your assets and the manner of exposure to be debated.

I think she's more interesting on the bike for now fwiw. But the choice is hers.

She's hardly "censoring" the debate just by taking part in it. Generally a debate involves people with multiple different opinions, and accusing somebody with different opinions to yours of "censorship" is a dodgy argument any way you look at it

I have stated my objections to this. Being a female myself I find it offensive.
I am not arguing that some may find her attractive, just the part of her letting her side down.
I like the naked photo of her on her bike. That says, 'I am pro women athletes, it says look at me i am feminine and strong and i'd kick your arse '.

The underwear ones say ' im desperate.'
