I am up for that. It is up hill to pizza though. There are other ways than Swains though.
Well the easy route has just gotta be Archway slow and steady no fear of breaking into a sweat
But I am liking the idea of the escalators now that is lazy ! -

I'm disappointed in you PGM....
arvy, how was lunch?
I think disappointment is the word of the day. I got double washing up.
PGM should wash his mouth out for even thinking such thoughts.
FT - thanks for your patience yesterday. -

Arvy, you did an amazing job considering everyone else was on gears especialy as the hills came in the later part of the ride. I'm also not sure if the milk helpped.
Jung, I love Marelybone/Euston Rd it's great when hit at speed and you can use all 3 lanes as your faster than the rest of the traffic.

After a 26 hour stint at work followed by a pleasant Monday afternoon in the Wheatsheaf I'm quite looking forward to a day off tomorrow.

Spotted! One of Overandout's name badges on the wall of the down escalator at Old Street Tube, his writing but couldn't work out the name. Awesome! So who put it there? and why were you taking the tube?

I will be at the SA for about 8.30 tonight as I have to take a perolouse journy deep into the wild lands South of the river. My quest will lead me to the hart of enemy teritory where I shall win (hand over moneys) my prize (a jacket). See you all later, if I make it.

Thank you, I will need all the luck I can get.
I hear the escalator at Kentish Town tube station is notoriously treacherous, tomorrow I shall find out.
