Vicky - think I saw you this morning turing right on the south east corner of Regent's Park. I was the runner who crossed the road in front of you (safely of course!)

Came up with this route around some parks for saturday, aiming to do it about 9am start. fairly flat except for the bit around hampstead heath. anyone want to join? can start anywhere on the route, just picked camden as well known.
suggestions for route modifications welcome. also, if anyone knows anywhere good for coffee before/beer after as well.
undecided if i will do it if its raining, have full wet weather stuff but ya know...

Arvy had a great route which went from Hampstead Heath > Primrose Hill>Regents Park (decent coffee place on the broadwalk)> hyde park>richmond park>bushy park. It was mostly on great back streets and had a real flow to it. PM him for it. You could add Finsbury Park > Highgate along the Parkland walk track, and then cut down to the Heath.

I knock off at 6 but have to go home to Camber's Well to drop something off at home and then eat dinner. Will probably be out later as I have a pass out too.

Saw the horse's heads - D'Oh.
Camden is fine for a drink but earliest I can get out now is about 7.30ish - happy to come and find you then if you're still around.
