Great night guys. Was nice to be back after so long and see new faces up the hill. It was also really good to see Matt at somewhere other than the Royal Free fracture clinic, which was in danger of becoming a regular date. Big thanks to Alb for the lockring, it probably will save my life in the near future.

Oh, good descent to pizza too.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it was a plesure to see you all at the top of the hill for yet another fine turnout. The "Committee Room" at the Flask is a welcome shelter from the harsh winter nights, well done PGM for booking it, but I look forward to nights where it is a bit more comfortable to take our rightful place outside, afterall the beer garden at the Flask is Norths.

Nice little stop for pre Swains refreshment at the Southampton. A great little boozer. Both the Naked Ladies I had went down beautifully.

Ride in to work this morning was great, gore-tex is clever stuff.

I have to concur about the Flask, twas my first visit up and the fire restored me after that bloody hill climb, legs are still recovering but it was worth it.
