I don't really fancy my chances on this.
I am pretty quick on the flat and going up hills. But if anyone has seen me going down hill they will confirm that I am bloody rubbish. Especially Highate West with all its speed bumps. But OK. I may turn up tonight and give it a bash, probably just after 6

Also, this is probably a time-trail where it will actually be quicker to get off the bike and sprint with it. I am talking about that bit at the top of Swains Lane just after the Cemetary. The real horrible bit. This might encourage cheating, so will need to have someone standing around the back of the church to keep an eye on things ;)

Hey man, welcome to the forum. I think north is supposed to start at 6 but it starts at 7. Kind of like a cool party. Everyone knows that no party starts that early though, that's why I'm there at 8.

after i think there was a bit of busy-ness last week and i couln't attend north drinks....does anybody fancy coming upthe flas tomoz night for a few drinky drinkies? looking forard to the challenge of the hill!!!! not for the faint hearted though....what say max and andrew?

Right chaps and chapesses. It really is time for the DEATH TT. We at North drinks have been putting it off for too long so this week the death tt WILL happen. Starting at the flask. Down Highgate West Hill then up Swains Lane and back to the flask. Not for the faint harted. All those from other drinks come on up, man up and hurry the fuck up. The death tt chalenge is on.

I'm up for it, and I'll be early tomorrow as well. I'll be there around 6.
