The knee is much better, it's sore, but the stiffness is annoying. Lesson learnt [i think?]
I'm not sure how I got that pissed or quite why I let that happen, I'm normally much more sensible than that. I think it was the excitement of the race. I'm gonna blame it on that ;)
I hope I didn't make too much of an arse of myself... I just feel lucky to get home in one piece without the po-po stopping me.
