I could have knocked 30seconds off my time about 5 weeks ago. Not any more though. Proper training when I am back on the bike.

arvy Im gonna have to set the record straight on the good matt/ bad Matt debarcle and keep my once good name out of the muck! its fairly straight forward 'the bad matt' is the scottish geezer with the offensively sized handle bars and the wide load spoke card :-) 'the good matt' (yours truly) is a most quiet and polite kiwi dude who likes skidding and keeps his handlebars to an all together more gentlemanly width

I did a half marathon (Bath) yesterday mate, for wateraid and my legs are wobbly to say the least, walking like I have casts on both my legs.

I got the tube in this morning but am going home to collect the steed after work so will see you up there.
