Thank you King Ludwig and Prince Arvy - and thanks to everyone that made it along to cheer - really appreciated.

It once again underlined the fact that I am not a racer! 60 mins is REALLY tough (especially when you trained as little as I did...) but there were some simply brilliant moments of the race - just been to the Whittington to get checked out post race - was feeling mighty rough last couple of days.
