Yep still a 40mph zone. It's a shame that most of the mansions I grew up admiring as a kid are now mostly fallen down or in disrepair. The land is worth so much that people just buy them up and forget about them.

For those that are interested, Friday next week is the closing Party to Highgate's traditional boozer 'The Winchester'. I'll be going along with a couple of mates to mourn such atrocity and getting heavily ruined. I shal have five for Pinkgottimobbs too as he wont be around. Anyone here is more than welcome

Was actually in there last Thursday rinsing out the DoomBar and Craig Charles was in there, he's been drinking there for a year or two now apparently.

I think I was in that pub once, about fifteen years ago.

It's always a real shame when long-established pubs close.
