I can do it loads faster than that on my KTM

Is it still a 40mph zone? I suppose there aren't many pedestrians on that road and the residents don't really want the hoi polloi hanging about. "Get them out the way quickly, they are lowering the land value by the minute."
Funny old road indeed. Some fine examples of money's failure to buy taste.
Toprak Mansion. Enough said.

Yep still a 40mph zone. It's a shame that most of the mansions I grew up admiring as a kid are now mostly fallen down or in disrepair. The land is worth so much that people just buy them up and forget about them.

Totally agree. I swung by the flask, nobody spoke to me so I left.

For those that are interested, Friday next week is the closing Party to Highgate's traditional boozer 'The Winchester'. I'll be going along with a couple of mates to mourn such atrocity and getting heavily ruined. I shal have five for Pinkgottimobbs too as he wont be around. Anyone here is more than welcome

I'll be there.
I love that pub.
What could go wrong.

Sorry to hear that. Last time I left that pub twenty minutes into the game 0:0. When I arrived at a house around the corner, England 0, Germany 2.

Ten pints and a dartboard?
Was actually in there last Thursday rinsing out the DoomBar and Craig Charles was in there, he's been drinking there for a year or two now apparently.

I think I was in that pub once, about fifteen years ago.
It's always a real shame when long-established pubs close.

Did Mobbs not see him in there and accuse him of being me?
Or something similar.
Memories are hazy.
-
• #24998
Not sure about that, it's probably true though, got a feeling he's been drinking there longer than that. Just never was in there at the same times I guess.
I wish Mobbs would be there so I could tell him to shut up and pull his big big nose at the same time..... Ahh the memories

Mobbs?
Who is this Mobbs of which you speak?Yeah, but who is posting now?
25,000 baby.Am I just about 5 years late in the equivalent of 'first!'?

Mobbs is the silent partner in north drinks.
And a bloody good looking chap as well. Thats why stringer is in love with him.
Funny old road indeed. Some fine examples of money's failure to buy taste.
