I dont understand following:

1. Why is it expensive? Muswell hill?
   
2. Even with the history why wouldnt anyone buy it? Esp if its 'cheap' for the area (I have no idea)
   

It is cheap because he used to take people back there to kill them, then have sex with them then store the bodies in bin bags while slowly cutting them into pieces small enough to flush down the loo. Unfortunately this eventually blocked the drains and dyno-rod dobbed him in.

Now if I were to explain that to Amanda on the suggestion that we pick up a cheap flat on a nice road, she would cut me up into little bits and flush me down the loo.
