It was about 7.50 - cars were being diverted into the bus lane and the car was completely blocking the road where it goes from two lanes to one and they've built a little lane divider/ stunt ramp.

Well they clearly tried a barrel roll using the divider and failed.

If you're after beer with no alcohol in it, listening to Stringer suggests you might want to visit New Zealand. Apparently still tastes like piss, but at least everyone else there is forced to drink it as well.

Also, someone is missing their long sleeved Rapha merino. I have it with me in W1, or it can be got from N7 in the evenings or the Flask next Tues if they survive a week of freezing temps without it. I was tempted to wear it myself this morning, but got stressed out over whether the stripe was supposed to be on the left or right arm.

Red wine hangover....should have known better.

So I was drinking lady's plonk last night. It was rather good..
The sausage roll however was yuck.. Good job Rowan turned up
and bought chips, which I ate when he wasn't looking.

I jogged past and it looked rather busy due to number of bikes.
