"Umtrunk im Norden" or "Nordumtrunk" would hit it more, but the closest German word for regular drinks is really "Stammtisch", and although that doesn't mean the same thing, I reckon the room reservation at the Flask moves it into that territory.

I like the 'Stammtisch' idea.
