Ladies and Gents as some of you are aware or may not be, I am running the Brighton Marathon Sunday 15th April .
I am raising money for Sue Ryder St Johns Hospice and in Memory of my Dad .

Am feeling pretty nervous now as it really is only round the corner !
So for those of you who feel like they would like to come down and cheer me over the finish line.....hoping i will make it to that point would be great to see you plus I need as much encouragement as I can get :)

Had those short bits of tape left in the shed. Put them on just to go for a ride on Sunday (didnt fancy steel bars at -2 degrees). When the appropriate tape is fount, it will be sorted......

TBF your hands would have probably stuck to the chrome steel on Sunday AM...
