Lovely 50km ride from geneva to annecy this afteroon. Just the 500m of climbing today but everything I can see from here looks pretty serious. 19T sprocket is not gonna make things easy. Might hire a pedalo instead, the lake looks invitingly flat.

Owen knows that anyone who lives in North London will know that the venue is far from perfect and when I say that I'm really biting my tongue.

Have you been since it's rennovation by the engery drink company? The accoustics have improved dramatically. But yes, it was a shithole back in the day. I always preffered the upstairs bar for gigs the garage.

Hm, I think the last time I was at the Garage was in 2000, so maybe claiming that I 'know the venue' is over-egging the pudding slightly.
