It is Darcy's parents evening tonight. I will be getting an update on her academic achievements. As such I will not be doing Swains laps, gentle or otherwise.

Happy Birthday Noel! (slightly belated). Gutted to see we missed one of Vicky's legendary cakes. Could do with it right now after a day of riding Auckland's goddam unrelenting hills.
Still, the two hours on a deserted white sand beach and refreshing swim in the ocean made up for some of the pain ;)
