Nice mellow ride with Sarah, Vicky & Noel - spotted Juan and Ben's bikes at the bottom of Swains and Brun on the gears in Highgate.

Glorious ain't it. I only headed out for a few laps of Regent's to blow eight month's worth of dust off the road bike. Ended up taking in a few of North London's not so famous hills to stretch the legs a bit.

Did I get a shout when you spotted us? Thought I heard one at some point but couldn't tell where it'd come from.

Sorry no shout out - car window was shut and we were on one of the mini roundabouts so no chance to react.

lovely spin down to (the not so lovely) morden and back with one lung. it was indeed weather for bikes today. think i might have even topped up my tan lines.
