Steels playing Take That on a friday night.
Dead. To. Me.
It should also be noted that the DJ was a massive hipster looking douche. Initially I thought the Take that was being played ironically. Later I realised it wasn't when he started playing Luther Vandross.

I just watched it again and don't want to sell it now :(
Still got the lotarckdem to build up so it's not the end of the world at least.
Swaintoux was a fucking brilliant day. -

Meh, maybe we'll do it fixed and brakless on track gearing next time to prove a point.
-
• #16981
ummm not sure about the brakeless.... but we did run outta brake as I seem to remember !

Possibly, I've pointed it down sillier hills in essex with no problems with a rugby player on the back and it seemed ok. Wests when tired and crap is a exceptional case i think ;) I think we proved the gear range is spot on - crawls up Swains, goes like a mofo on the flat and downhill on long rides.
Ah, Southend. Easiest long distance riding bike ever! That was an awesome day as well.
Poor bikes only had a dozen or so outings but every one of them has been pure, epic win. -

Don't forget your trackstanding on it!

Too far out for tonight (current home this week is Snaresbrook, which for Bad Matt's information is EVEN FURTHER than Walthamstow)
Back up the hill week fo' shiz.

Only just though;)
Will be up later for a rare appearance without Norths Dog as I still haven't got hold of a trailer for him. He sends his woof to all.

Might commit the worst sin and drive to Norths for dinner. Second night home alone and I am fucking bored. Just got to finish off my lesson plan.

FFS!!! Dig my bike out to find a flat front. Grab pump and hear that hiss we all dread. No worries, I'll get the other bike out. Flat rear (from a puncture back in December which I've been far too lazy to deal with)! Bollocks!
I've grabbed a beer and started heating a curry up. Next week it is then.

Lolo I know you are upset about the "taxi" joke but I'm sure this is a disproportionate response.

Sure some of you will join the GSIAD V. I'll look after you...

Taxi! Did someone say taxi? Where is it going to? The Flask?

Does anyone fancy a ride Sat AM? Probably my last chance for a decent spin on the bike before it gets packed up for NZ.
Open to route suggestions - Windsor, north London loop...?
My only requirement is to be back for 1pm, so earlyish start would be good.

Could only do Sunday. Have fun...

Finally back in London's famous London properly but can't do Saturday unfortunately.
Would be up for a Sunday morning ride if anyone fancies it?
That video on your advert of Swaintoux made me want to ride the hill, even in my current hung-over state. Bring on summer.
