Is the W1 Chicken Cottage as big as the one in Tooting? That one's the size of HMV on Oxford st*

I've seen it and it is no exaggeration. There are smaller furniture shops!

I just assumed it was like a one line review of the area - I don't know Tooting.. I cycled through it a couple of times and all I associate it with is motherloads of fried chicken..
