I got a really bad bite on my arm on friday, my whole arm swelled up, still really painful - those are some hard ass mosquitos/biting creatures in that there park.

Running is rubbish. Why do people bother.
Oh - how did Matt do in the marathon? Dont think you'd get me running 26 miles - Well done Matt (if you made it).

Running IS rubbish in the midday heat, and in the centre of town. But give it another go early morning over the heath and it'll be much more enjoyable. Plus varying your exercise is good training, innit.
Having said that, can't believe Matt ran a marathon in this heat. I hope it wasn't 28 degrees in Scotland too.
