Aren;t we in that thread, Reeeen? Like, isnt this that thread?
Ist like saying "why dont you have a look in the shed" to someone who is already standing in the shed.

*giggles
just saw, the list is for 23s actually ,but i find it useful to pic some and google them in shops for a quote on 28c

but yeah, i seem to mess up these two threads a lot as i need skidresistant tyres but not like in here rando po-pando shmando in 28c bollocks. so i hang out in the puncture proof 23c skins thread and mess around with both at the end, not knowing anything for certain and getting confused by my own posts.
just like now, look^
as you where!

just got me delivery of 3 foldable 23c supersport plusses, wohooo! ribble came through!
-
• #335
i like them as they outlast them $$$blingbling durano plusses by weeks for less than half the price.

• #336
the durano plus is now a comfy belt to get some use out of that bitch!

thanks fella, I knew there was a thread somewhere, UTFS didn't reveal it though. All the 28c's seem to be wire bead :-(
btw I've pinged my man about red gel's will let you know.. -

Panaracer Paselas come in folding 28s.
-
• #339
And they have 'TourGuard' in their name so they seem to be both "good" and "touring". :-)

Can anyone recommend some good 28c folding touring tyres? like Marathon Plus' but not as chunky/weighty ?
Grand Bois make excellent touring tyres, but if you're after puncture protection, they don't have them.

• #341
RibMo's would do it. 28c, folding, puncture resistant etc,.

Panaracer Paselas come in folding 28s.
These seem to fit the bill, although pricey - thanks Skulls, gonna buy one and try them out.
EDIT: Ribmo's look good as well, thanks Kerley!

Has anyone tried the new halo berlin courir tyre for skidding? I just popped a maxxis refuse after a month.
Where to get maxxis refuse in London? They've been pretty durable on my SS, but getting worryingly worn and bare now after like 9 months.

I got mine online, can't remember where though.
Fitted schwalbe marathon plus tyres a couple days ago, and first impressions are good. Iv been skidding loads and they don't even have any signs of wear. Annoying to fit though. -

A new tyre for 2011, and likely to be a good competitor to the Randonneur.

Bicycles without brakes are illegal in certain countries.

the [[B]Schwalbe](http://www.schwalbe.com/gbl/en/produkte/race/produkt/?ID_Produktgruppe=47&ID_Produkt=266)'s aren't as deep a thread/rubber as the rando's

I like Schwalbe Marathon Plus. Just cut one up and stuck bits of it to the soles of my Sidis, and they are one tough motherfcking tyre.
