Bepanthen twice a day for a week.

and then once a day for another week. it's grim to put on but amazing stuff for the tattoo to heal and look good once finished.

Don't put vaseline on your tattoo, it's not good (I guess EEI found out the hard way)

If you warm the tube first on a radiator, or in a sink of hot water, it goes on pretty easily.

I tend not to do the second week, I guess it depends on how quickly the skin heals, the type of tattoo - lines, shading, colour, etc.
