I can't remember the guys name but I'm pretty sure that tattoo is done by a French artist, most (if not all) his work is similar in style. Very nice and doodley.
The guy you're thinking of is Lionel Fahy at Out Of Step Tattoo
Based in Paris, I'm planning to get a piece by him sometime soon, his work is really amazing!

Sorry I lied, just checked BMEzine and it was by Yann Black, Lionels stuff is very similar though and really worth a look if you like Yann's...

Have a look at the work here from the other artists at Ed Hardy's Tattoo City, they're really nice, the tree by Jen Lee is beautiful!

sry to say but the 1st thing that comes to mind is that he is either on day release, or in prison. That is not a good look.

Not to be confused with the nazi kind.

i love how people try and claim it's not nazi...the word swastika brings up only one thing in 99% of people's minds. It seems a fairly stupid thing to name your company...especially if you come from germany haha
-
• #437
Actually, a lot of Hindu/Buddhist people use that sign as love and peace, does that make them nazis too?
-
• #438
The article on his website pretty sums it up http://www.little-swastika.com/en/swastikas.html
so it isnt a claim it's the truth.

I had a guy interview with me once with a sawstika tat on his right hand between the thumb and the 1st finger, he claimed it was a hundu symbol until I told him i had an ANTIFA tattoo, he got really uncomfortable and i obviously did not offer him the job.
if you have a sawstika tatoo you deserve a beating either for being a Nazi, or for being dumb enough to think that people will think you're not.

So, basically people shouldnt get swastikas in fear of getting beaten up, a job turned down etc?

I'd reword that to "People who want to get swastika tattoos should consider what the symbol means to 99% of people in the environment/culture in which they live, weigh up the possibilty of that tattoo causing offence, invoking a violent reaction and potentially being a massive job-stopper etc etc and make their decision based on what they realistically think will come of it."

Im not trying to be defensive, just am interested in hearing why etc.

He's so good at blackwork! I'm hoping one day I'll be back in Germany so I can get some work done by him.

Yeah, wasn't he visiting Alice ^? He often posts his new work up in Pauly's Blackwork forum, let me know if you need the link.
