Wowzers, there goes my next plan. Just found out that Jayne Doe tattoos in Hornchurch is booked up til November. Impressive given that they're way out in the sticks and it's only Feb. Too many Essex Boyz wanting england flag and 3 lions tattoos perhaps? [/casual racism]

the scarf is a shemagh or keffiyeh scarf. commonly used in arab countries as protection from sun, sand etc. also has quite a lot of political attachments to it, many people connect it to the palestinian nationalist movement.

re. its use as tattoo material (i'm no expert either), i'd probably not have the swallow in palestinian colours but have the flag either draped behind or hanging from the swallows mouth. you could probably have the swallow wear the shemagh, if you wanted it in there

i'm not questioning it as subject matter, just from that thumbnail IDK that that part will translate well to skin/ink. as i say though, no expert
