You'll be playing 'polo' and sipping pimm's just shortly after alighting for the train. There after you will probably be bummed to within an inch of your life:)

No one will give a fuck if you wear a Scotland cycling top. You'll be disappointed on that front.

you would take personal offense... and if you don't, DO!
-
• #31
You want me to take offense because your wearing your nations cycling top?
Does it have some anti English rant on it or something?
-
• #32
Not when Tynan is doing it you don't.
I normally do it in the following order: kill, rape, film.

You missed out the first step with me. I feel so special.

i arrive late 29th.....can we get drunk literally as soon as i get off the train, in Euston station?how safe is Euston station late at night and if i have to cycle to shoreditch, how safe is that?
£18.50! Bloody hell it costs me £25 to get to liverpool street from Norwich?
Why the move to London in the first place?

Why would you want to do this? There is not really any Scottish issue down here. Or do you just want to aggravate people.

I would work the streets for those four nights, you can use the money to buy drugs, maybe take in Tussad's and the London Dungeon ?

Round the corner from King's Cross is an O'neils pub. I got in a 12:30am and my mates were waiting for me at the bar. I managed to get in two guinesses before being escorted out where a crate of Becks was waiting for me. The bus back to Archway was enjoyable to say the least.

Apologies then. I can understand people having issues in Scotland with the BBC mind you. The weather map alone would be enough to piss me off.

I just wrote a massive post but i ran out of battery and my laptop shut off. What I meant to say was "Cuppa. People are more accepting in London and they'll probably not even notice that you're from Perth".
Anyway. It's a shame to not have been able to meet you before you go down south. You're spokecards will be in the post and I expect you to wear them with pride.
Next time I'm down in London (October maybe) I'll be hassling you for drinks and maybe even for a floor to rest on. You'll always be a legend in my book. Even if you're not in striking distance of Glasgow. Who knows. I might be a fancy London doctor in 6 years and I might buy you a pint then.
Fuck it. I might substitute a London uni for Newcastle. Let's see how that works out. I could be in London in a year.

aw you're too kind rusty.
you can sleep on my floor anytime you wish.

I'll be taking you up on that offer some time this year. I've just looked and GKT (King's) is a perfect substitute for Newcastle (a course that the wife has already suggested that she might leave me if I take). So there's no real reason why London would be any less harmful to our relationship than Newcastle.

Move To London...you Want To.
I've wanted to move to London ever since my second visit when I was 19. That doesn't stop the fact that I'm engaged to be married. If I was single I'd have all 4 applications to institutions down south and preferably in London. The relationship/engagement isn't looking so good right now though which is why I'm thinking London might be a better idea than Newcastle.

when are you next in Glasgow rusty?

This weekend. Although this weekend I'm not bringing the bike up and my main priorities are collecting spokecards and the slavation of my relationship. In that order. Am I a little bike obsessed? In short. Unless you want a geared ride I'm not up for any bike related antics.
stuck some risers on today, they need the chop though.
