sorry to come late to this one, but this guy's a total nutcase. his follow up post is even more disturbing.
*"There are many advantages in a multi-cultural society, but human nature is such that unless there is a leader who upholds moral standards, people drift to a low denominator. The countries where citizens display a high level of civility on the road tend to be homogeneous, such as Denmark and Japan; in other countries the law of the jungle seems to rule. This is not a question of race but of culture"
*
the favouring of homogeneity over difference, the reference to distinctly mono-ethnic nations as exemplars and the (utterly bizarre) link to 'road civility' is a totally bogus piece of fascism - masquerading as concerned liberalism.as for the implications of the phrase 'a leader who upholds moral standards': i'm not reading between the lines here - this guy is a fascist, that's where he's coming from. and that's being mild. i also think that the guy is suffering from acute delusions of intellectual grandeur.
with any luck the guy's just done a ratner.

sorry, came late to this one.
My thought on velorution-went there this week as they had advertised on their website brooks b17 saddle £32.95. travelled 15 mins down there, and price £50. Told me they hadn't had time to update website, and seemed unapologetic, i left with a rant about wasting my time and how i'd buy online instead and losing a customer blah blah. Clearly they had time to write a racist, bigoted blog to offend everyone, ...and don't care too much about gaining/keeping customers. anyway, wont be going back.

Indeed. Good post runcible_rakan. Kudos to you. Whichever way this pans out, people would have wanted to know more about it.

Still, it was informative to have Ja-paneer-marked as somewhere to go for safe cycling.

What do you expect from somebody whose compatriots elected a clown like Silvio Berlusconi... not once, but several times?

Oh dear.. velorution's second post clarifies absolutely nothing other than the fact he is a racist. That's some fucking proto-nazi shit going on there.
